Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from The Hive KV — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read below carefully, as our returns process differs depending on the reason for your return.

Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

1. Changed Your Mind
No problem — we offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags still attached
  • You must email us at info@thehivekv.com before sending anything back
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Please note: We can’t accept change-of-mind returns on jewellery or sale items.

2. Received Something Faulty or Damaged
Oh no — we're so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
What to do:

  • Email info@thehivekv.com with your order details and a photo of the fault or damage

If approved, we’ll cover the return postage and offer you a full refund, replacement, or exchange
